7-Day Return & Replacement Policy – Mehirmah
At Mehirmah, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you wish to request a return or replacement, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following terms and procedures.
Eligibility Conditions
Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
Proof (images or video) may be required for damaged or incorrect items
Items that show signs of use or damage after delivery will not be accepted.
Replacement Procedures
We offer two convenient replacement options:
Option 1: Self-Return via Courier (Standard Method)
You may return the item to our provided address using any courier service of your choice.
Once we receive the parcel and inspect the item, we will:
Issue a refund, or
Dispatch the replacement item, as per your request.
In this method, return delivery charges must be paid by the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
This option is suitable for customers who prefer a lower-cost return method.
Option 2: Rider Exchange Service (Quick Swap Option)
For added convenience, we offer a rider exchange service:
Our courier partner will deliver the new replacement parcel to you.
At the same time, the rider will collect the previous parcel from you.
This service has a fixed courier exchange fee of Rs. 500, which must be paid by the customer.
This method is faster and more convenient, as you do not need to arrange courier service yourself.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
It will be processed via Bank Transfer Jazzcash or Easypaisa
Refund processing time is 7–10 working days after approval
Delivery charges are non-refundable
